Earlier this year one of the clubs longest members, Mr Danny Wilson, sadly passed away.

One of Danny's requests was that in the event of his death, friends, relatives, and other mourners, if they wished, should make donations to the Royal National Lifeboat Institute. This being instead of, or in addition to, donating flowers, wreaths etc to his memory.

This request was met, and monies were collected and passed to the RNLI, an extract from the letter of thanks can be seen below.
